Adult Case Manager: Seeking an energetic, self-motivated Adult Case Manager towork fulltime with adults. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or Associate’s degree with experience, along with computer, writing and communication skills. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of community resources, housing alternatives and vocational services, along with experience working in the community with individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness. All candidates must have a valid Kansas Driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance coverage. Background check required.
Therapist: Seeking an energetic, self-starter person who is a qualified mental health professional licensed in the State of Kansas to work as an outpatient therapist in an established program in Sumner County. Experience with children, families, and working with community partners is a plus. Applicant must be eligible to provide services paid through KanCare and private insurance.
